What’s the difference between Starter and Portfolio?
Starter is free for up to two doors, with no time limit, and does everything except the two things that are the reason to pay: the Schedule E tax package and the CSV export. Portfolio is the whole product for every door you own. Statement import is unlimited on both.
Monthly or annual?
The same Portfolio plan either way. Annual is 20% off for paying up front — that is the only difference. Monthly costs more because you can leave any month. No tiers, no AI credits, no add-on packs. If you can count your doors, you know your price.
How does the trial work?
Choose Portfolio when you sign up and you get 30 days of it — every door — with no card. Export and the tax package stay locked during it: a no-card trial is not a paid plan. At the end, subscribe or stay on Starter; everything you entered stays either way.
Can I get my data out — for taxes, or if I leave?
Export everything, any time you’re subscribed. Cancel and you keep full access through the period you’ve already paid for — up to a month on monthly, up to a year on annual — plus 30 days after access ends to take your data with you, whatever the reason it ended. Holding your data hostage would contradict the whole point.
What happens when I add a door?
The price follows your door count, up and down. On monthly there are no mid-cycle charges — the next invoice reflects it. On annual, adding a door mid-year costs $4 for each whole month left on your term; you confirm it before it is charged, and if you remove it within 7 days that charge is refunded in full. At renewal the whole account bills at whatever count you have then.
