Plan questions

One price. A few fair questions.

Which plan has which features?

They are the same product. Annual is 20% off for paying up front — that is the only difference. Monthly costs more because you can leave any month; annual asks for the year and prices that commitment. No tiers, no AI credits, no add-on packs. If you can count your doors, you know your price.

What does the free plan leave out?

Two doors, no time limit, and every feature except the two that are the reason to pay: the Schedule E tax package and the CSV export. The tax package is visible on free so you can see what it contains — the figures need a subscription. Statement ingestion is unlimited on every plan, including free.

Can I get my data out — for taxes, or if I leave?

Export everything, any time you’re subscribed. Cancel and you keep full access through the period you’ve already paid for — up to a month on monthly, up to a year on annual — plus 30 days after access ends to take your data with you, whatever the reason it ended. Holding your data hostage would contradict the whole point.

What happens when I add a door?

The price follows your door count, up and down. On monthly there are no mid-cycle charges — the next invoice reflects it. On annual, adding a door mid-year costs the whole months left on your term, shown to you before it is charged; at renewal the whole account bills at whatever count you have then.

Is there a trial?

Fourteen days of the paid plan, started the moment you add a third door — no card, and the page tells you before the click. Export and the tax package stay locked during it: a no-card trial is not a paid plan. Under two doors you never need it.

Upload last month’s statement and watch it reconcile — or start with your spreadsheet. Free up to two doors, no card.
